The process of comparing and choosing a corporate information system, which is one of the key phases of implementation, can be difficult due to the specific nature of the enterprise. An example of such a sphere is the process of public procurement and supply under state contracts. And if the procurement market at the moment is quite stable and provide a stable flow of demand for maintenance and development of deployed automation systems for procurement activities (SASA), then in the supply market for government contracts there is a growing trend in demand for CRM systems due to the increasing popularity of this type of sales as an additional sales channel for products. Based on this information, it can be concluded that the issue of comparing and choosing such information systems that provide the supply process under state contracts is very relevant due to the lack of research on this issue, especially with the use of decision-support methods. The aim of this final qualification work is to develop recommendations for solving the problem of choosing a CRM system that meets all the requirements of the supply sector under state contracts. The study made it possible to characterize the modern market of CRM systems that provide supplies under state contracts, to make a list of information systems that are leaders in this field, and also to identify what trends are affecting the modern market of CRM systems in Russia. In addition, a decision-making model was constructed for the task of choosing a CRM system that provide the supply process under state contracts, in which all the alternatives , criteria and problem situations were taken into account. Based on the results, a CRM system that provide the supply process under state contracts was chosen using an example of a real company specializing in the online trading of building materials.
