The Development of the Mechanism of Russian Public Administration Based on the Introduction of Artificial Intelligence

The research is devoted to the concept of artificial intelligence as factor for improving the mechanism of the public sector. The empirical part is based on establishing a regression relationship between indicators of artificial intelligence, in particular, the index of government readiness to implement technologies based on artificial intelligence, and indicators of public administration. The research also includes the comparative analysis of world experience in the field of artificial intelligence implementation in the public sector. The result of the paper is the empirically based system of recommendations for public sector of the Russian Federation.
