Today, the company's highly qualified specialists play a huge role in competition and in the market. Developing new and improving old established approaches to attracting, developing and retaining staff allows organizations to compete in the market and select only the best employees. In addition, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of how to manage such employees correctly, since a special approach is undoubtedly required. An employee with high potential is usually in the top 5% of the organization's employees. Such people are the most capable, motivated and interested in the work that shows high results. Most often, they are the ones who can hold leadership positions in the future. It is very important for managers of an organization to identify and invest in talent, as it provides a stable Foundation for further growth and the search for new opportunities in accordance with the goals of the organization and the developed strategy. The purpose of this work is to conduct a study of the essence of high-potential employees, analyze the growth of staff, as well as assess the problem areas in the organization and identify their own recommendations for improving the strategy. As a result, problem areas were identified and recommendations were made to improve the Hi-Po employee development strategy.
