Previous researches and international experience proved the importance of corporate culture for business performance. By contrast, the factors impacting the effectiveness of the company’s corporate culture still remain poorly examined. This study sets forward the hypothesis of dependency of corporate culture and the company leadership power, supports it with the example of Four Seasons – one of the recognized leaders in the field of corporate culture effectiveness. In this paper the Pearson's correlation between corporate culture, management popularity, wage, work and life balance, job security and career speed at Four Seasons and its competitors was analyzed. The Four Seasons Code of Business Ethics and Conduct was also studied, its pros and cons were identified, and a comparison was made with the company's employees' feedback of their corporate culture. As a result, a strong positive association was found between corporate culture, corporate leadership power and career speed, as well as work and life balance. Based on the study results, recommendations were made on improving the corporate culture level in the company and on ways of its expansion to achieve the level of global best practices. From a scientific point of view, the study provides an increased understanding of the interconnection between corporate culture and the factors that influence it. On a practical side, the study offers companies methods of improving the level of corporate culture in the organization.
