We are currently ubiquitous with e-commerce businesses. E-business is our new reality. Each organization now not only tries to have its own business card on the Internet in the form of a corporate website, but also seeks to carry out its interaction with the client in the web space. In this regard, not only online stores are developing, but also other systems supporting business. Mobile applications are paired with online stores, since in the modern world it is mobile devices that are an integral thing. To process customer orders, companies use CMS and CRM systems, where the entire history of interaction with the client is saved and the data is suitable for analysis. In the CRM system, all interactions with the client are recorded, the path is built from the beginning of the interaction to the conclusion of the transaction, and analytical reports are constructed for planning income and expenses. Large companies use BI systems for reporting. Companies can often have situations when systems are implemented, but the planned result has not been achieved. In this case, the company needs to understand that the systems do not work optimally. To increase the efficiency of the work of personnel, consulting agencies are involved in order to receive recommendations and take measures to improve processes. The object of research is an e-commerce enterprise. The subject of the study is the business processes of a particular e-commerce enterprise. The aim of the work is to improve business processes based on analytics and the use of optimization methodologies. In this work, the analysis will be carried out on the basis of the small business of the developer and integrator of the RDN Group. In the company, all the main processes are subject to analysis, since each process is inextricably linked with the subsequent one and is necessary to reflect the full picture of all activities.
