Online School Sales Automation and Growth Opportunities Research

In this work, the online education market in Russia was investigated, the main problems and trends were identified. Cases on building a sales process and their increase among online schools in Russia were also analyzed. The most effective tools for user engagement and automation of sales processes were investigated. The existing EdTech project was analyzed. The problems of a the online school, target audience, sales funnel and methods of attracting an audience were identified and described. Further hypotheses were put forward regarding possible methods of engaging the audience and automating sales of the online-school, tools were selected and models built to test these hypotheses. The qualitative and quantitative results of implementing various approaches to building the sales process and its automation were evaluated.
