Eye Tracking Study of Social Influence

Conforming to public opinion is an integral part of human life. Conformism is a phenomenon was described and studied since 1951 (Asch, 1951). The purpose of this study is to collect subjects’ opinions on the attractiveness of other people and track their eye movements while their opinion confronted with the public. Also, examine the correlation between fixation time on an object and its attractiveness. The study will be carried out using an optical eye tracker, fixing the movement of the gaze during a face judgment task.
