Features of Developmental Crisis Overcoming in Performative Activity

Previous research insufficiently studied the typology of crisis, sportsmen face during their careers. The field of crisis overcoming and the role of personality in this overcoming is also underestimated. The aim of this work is to explore the typology of crises and a description of their features, as well as an analysis of the role of the individual in overcoming development crises. The sample are ballroom dancers. As a result of the study, the differences between the routine stress and critical situations of the dancers, as well as various types of critical situations, ways to overcome them and the meanings that the dancers take out of experiencing these situations were examined.
