Optimization of the Personnel Selection Process in an Organization

Despite the active development of IT and the expansion of digitalization capabilities, business today has come to understanding the company's employees as the most important element of its continuous operation. Most companies today have transformed their views on staff: employees are a valuable asset, a “driving force” that directly affects the development of the organization. So, managers today are especially interested in obtaining effective tools for the involvement, training and development of their employees, and special attention is paid to their competent selection. This work reveals the essence of personnel selection, and also contains a comprehensive analysis of the selection process in the organization. The theoretical part of the work describes different approaches to understanding selection, contains a description of the various stages of selection and methods for evaluating personnel in the selection process. In the practical part, special attention is paid to a comprehensive selection analysis on the example of the distribution company «Магия вкусов». According to the results of the study, the author proposed a number of measures to improve the selection process in the organization.
