Scaling a Business through a Franchise

The object of this work is Dinitrol Center. The subject of this work is to scale the business through a franchise. The purpose of this study is to create a franchise of federal anticorrosion stations on the basis of the business model of Dinitrol Center Company. In practical terms, Dinitrol Center has been used to analyze Dinitrol Center 's readiness to scale through the franchise. This analysis found that the company met all the requirements for a potential franchise. A package of documents was also developed to transfer the franchise from Dinitrol Center to register the franchise and conduct effective activities. At the end of the practical part, an analysis of the industry and competitive market was carried out, which showed the weak position of the only competitor, as well as the presence of a strong unique commodity advantage in the franchise "Dinitrol Center." In the future, a strategy was formed to promote and sell the franchise, thus the goal of work was achieved.
