Corporate University of the Government as a Tool for Strategic Development of the Region

Graduation work - master's thesis on the topic: “Government corporate University as a tool for the strategic development of the region” In the work - 135 pages, containing 1 pic., 13 tab., 38 bibliographic sources, 6 appendices. Key words: strategic development, corporate university, strategy. Object of study: regional system of strategic management, which includes the key documents of strategic planning and human capital as a tool for its implementation. Subject of research: professional development of public employees through the Government corporate university in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the regional strategic development. The work consists of introduction, the main part, consisting of 3 chapters, each of which includes 3 paragraphs, conclusion, bibliography and applications. In the introduction, the goal set for the author is stated, the research objectives are formulated, the relevance of the topic is determined. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of strategic development and management, including the strategy of socio-economic development of the region and defines the role of government in the development of the region. The second chapter analyzes strategic development using the example of the Nizhny Novgorod region. In conclusion, the main findings and prospects of the study are presented. The third chapter examines the question of why the model of creating a corporate university is the best option for educating employees. After that, a model for creating a Government corporate university of the Nizhny Novgorod Region is developed and a mechanism for its work is determined in order to implement projects and regional strategy objectives. In conclusion, the main results based on the findings of the work done are formed.
