Compensation of SCRUM Rectructions of Software Development

The presented work reflects the theoretical and practical aspects of agile methodologies and scrum methodologies in particular. The first chapter described the main advantages and elements of scrum methodology. The second chapter is a study of the limitations that arise in practice during the implementation of scrum processes. The result of the work are proposals to compensate for the limitations of the scrum methodology.
