The study of legal risks in the field of foreign economic activity is the starting point for the systematization of activities and work in this area. The study contains a number of recommendations for minimizing legal risks, a description of the urgent problems of 2020 in the field of foreign economic activity, and allows answering the most important questions of error-free and legal foreign economic activity.
