Gender Inequality in Labor Market as a Factor of Formation of Reproductive Behavior of Women

The degree work on a subject “Gender inequality in the labor market as a factor in the formation of women's reproductive behavior in the Russian Federation” is devoted to the study of one of the consequences of such a phenomenon as gender discrimination. Gender inequality causes financial losses, a deterioration in the level of development of the sphere of protection of motherhood and childhood etc. According to the research hypothesis, discrimination of the rights of women of fertile age in the labor market shapes their reproductive behavior, influencing family planning, which in the case of Russia inhibits demographic development. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of violations of the rights of young women in the labor market when hiring or promoting their jobs on their reproductive behavior. During this survey the data was collected, which reflects the frequency of occurrence of gender inequality in the labor market in Russia, caused by the childbearing age of the candidate, or the presence of young children, and also recommendations were made for governmental structures to neutralize the consequences of the phenomenon under study and prevent it.
