The Development of Arkhyz Resort Anti-crisis Program

Annotation The development of an anti-crisis extension program is a fundamental el-ement in building a strategy to overcome the consequences of the crisis, which is extremely important for creating strategic decisions in the hotel. A competent phased program for business development in the crisis and post-crisis periods determines the further development of the hospitality industry enterprise, and also considers the main threats and opportunities that will later be used for the most effective work, elimination and minimization of the consequences of crisis phenomena. Items of scientific novelty: 1. The definition of proven methods for eliminating the consequences of the crisis, as well as the development of new strategies for the development of the hotel business in crisis conditions. 2. Identification of problems of the domestic hotel industry associated with the consequences of crisis situations. 3. Development of an anti-crisis program and identifying new opportuni-ties for the development of the region. The purpose of the study is to develop a crisis management program for the development of the hotel business for one of the units of the mountain clus-ter of the North Caucasus in the conditions of an aggravated socio-economic and geopolitical situation. This program can be scaled to similar objects. Research Objectives: 1. To study and analyze the theoretical aspects of the development of an-ti-crisis programs in the hospitality industry and tourism 2. To analyze the current state of the tourism industry in a pandemic. 3. Identify the main problems associated with the crisis conditions for the hotel business and determine the direction of action to address them. 4. Conduct an analysis of the resort. 5. Develop a predictive model of tourist expectations. 6. Identify the prospects for the development of the cluster with the se-lected strategy. 7. To develop a set of measures to overcome the crisis consequences.
