Organization Culture and It’s Connection with Organizational Effectiveness

The Organizational culture is a well-known phenomena which has a significant impact on organizational effectiveness. At the same time, it is possible to follow the correlation between organizational culture and its effectiveness and measure it in a quantitative way. This proposal examines these assumptions in the branch of international company Coca-Cola HBC AG in Nizhny Novgorod. Present study suggests empirical research in its practical part. Data will be collected by qualitative questionnaire for employees and converted to quantitative indicators for more convenient interpretation of results. Systematization of the results obtained will reflect the established organization culture in the company, its effectiveness due to employees opinion and indicators of its effectiveness by KPI of the explored organization. Furthermore, the company can use the invented method in the future to follow the impact of organizational changes to its effectiveness and correcting it necessarily.
