Credit Organization Development Strategy

In the context of increasing competition, the development strategy is a determining factor for the success and effectiveness of any credit organization, because it determines the purpose of activity, the direction of the company's development, as well as ways to achieve it, at the same time taking into account the peculiarities of the internal environment and external factors of influence. The purpose of this work is to analyze the existing development strategy of a credit organization and then develop proposals for its improvement. In the first Chapter of the final qualification work, the main theoretical concepts are presented: what is a strategy, what are the types and approaches to its definition. The features of strategic planning in credit organizations are considered. It also presents the stages and tools for developing and implementing a development strategy. In the second Chapter of the work was given a brief description of the organization (JSC "Sberbank of Russia"), the analysis of its development strategy, identified problems and risks in the implementation of conducted strategic analysis of internal and external environment, in consequence of which formulated and presented the directions and ways to improve development strategies. In conclusion, the General conclusions on all the work done are presented. The results obtained and presented will allow Sberbank to adapt its development strategy to changing environmental conditions, improve its operations, maintain customer confidence and maintain a stable position in the market.
