Legal Regulation of Advertising Distribution in the Russian Federation

The full functioning of the consumer activity of citizens is possible only in the conditions of the correct and accurate operation of the legislation on advertising. Correct regulation of the process of distribution of advertising allows to consistently determine the product or service necessary for the consumer and select it on the market. Unfortunately, in the domestic legal field that regulates advertising and its distribution, there are gaps that need to be identified and corrected. In this paper, we will consider the most pressing problems of law that accompany the distribution of advertising in the Russian Federation.
