Improving Business Processes of Organizing Events in the Club Industry

The objectives of this study is to identify characteristics of events in club venues in the city of Nizhny Novgorod, their dependence on internal and external factors of influence. The object of study of this qualification work are business-processes organization of events in the club industry. One of the main research methods is the SWOT analysis, analysis of business processes of the organization and preparation of the organizational structure in the field of event management. The results of the study will give recommendations for improving business processes in the organization of club events. Final qualifying work consists of introduction, three chapters, bibliography and applications. In the introduction justified the relevance of the chosen topic, the purpose and objectives of the study. In the first Chapter "Theoretical concepts of business processes" provides information about the concept, nature, types and qualification of business processes, and provides an overview of trends and modern models of improving business processes. In the second Chapter "Theoretical aspects of the organization of events using the technology of event management" Chapter, we'll examine the concept of event management in the modern world. In the third Chapter, "Improving business processes "Milo Concert Hall" will be presented brief information about the firm, its description, positioning, and presents a model of business processes of the company and the problems identified. In addition, will be given recommendations on improvement of the business processes of the company "MILO Concert Hall". Conclusion contains the main conclusions of the study.
