Improving the Efficiency of Enterprise by Implementing Automated Warehouse Operations Systems

Warehouse systems are an extremely important part for both small companies and large corporations. In the course of technological progress, opportunities increase to increase the efficiency of warehouses, which allows to reduce costs and increase the speed of processes occurring inside the warehouse. This, in turn, improves the quality of service. In this article, warehouse automation is considered as one of the most effective methods to increase the efficiency of the warehouse complex. As automation tools, the implementation of the WMS (Warehouse Management System) system, auxiliary picking systems, picking robots, the creation of electronic document management, as well as address storage systems are considered. In this paper, using the example of the company OOO Stroykom, the efficiency of warehouse automation will be shown, and tips and suggestions for the implementation of warehouse management systems will be developed taking into account the characteristics of the company. The relevance of automation of warehouse processes to increase their efficiency is confirmed by the fact that today companies are striving to maximize the level of automation in each section of the warehouse and in each individual warehouse process. Today, there are many solutions to increase the level of automation and solutions for more efficient use of automated systems to further improve the efficiency of warehouse processes.
