Strategies of Russian Firms

In the context of a globalized economy and technology development, companies are getting new opportunities for development, access to new resources, the ability to obtain additional capital, developing human mobility and opening new markets. However, companies from all countries involved in the process of globalization and integration have access to these opportunities. Therefore, the development and application of effective competitive strategies is becoming more urgent, and Russian companies are no exception. The purpose of this work was to identify the most effective competitive strategies for Russian companies. The work includes 3 main parts: theoretical and methodological analysis of competitive strategies, study of existing strategies and analysis of their effectiveness, and empirical analysis of factors that influence the choice of strategy by Russian companies. As a result of this research, actual competitive strategies for Russian companies were identified. Recommendations are given regarding the application of certain strategies, and their advantages and disadvantages are identified. The modern world, as well as the economy, are subject to rapid and largely unpredictable changes, such changes can have both a positive and negative impact on Russian companies, so it is important to be able to adapt to new realities, show flexibility, find new opportunities and expand your vision, and strategies that give a competitive advantage ensure long-term growth and the ability to strengthen their positions in the market.
