The Impact of the Performance Evaluation on Employees' Stress Level

Performance appraisal is a useful technique in Performance Management for organizations. It gives understanding of the employees’ performed job quality. The wrong implementation of this tool sometimes causes employees’ stress, demotivation and therefore decrease in productivity. The research is aimed to find out how definitely do evaluation systems affect level of stress within a company. There is a descriptive research carried out on the basis of online survey with questionnaires to interview 150 respondents from different organizations of various statuses. People participate in the survey, answer the questions and share their own experience helping to find out how definitely do different evaluation systems affect the stress level of employees.
