Documents are most common format for knowledge storage and management. Semantic documents provide a rich resource that describes what enterprises know about their products, business processes and application domain. In case of business processes automation, such documents also contain the set of requirements to information system that must support these processes. In order to be sure that supportive information systems will evolve along with business processes, enterprises should work out effective approaches to requirements engineering. The majority of the existent standards focus on writing a single requirement and its formatting, while overlooking recommendations on building a flexible structure of requirements that follow changes of the target business system. Annotations as an approach for semantic documents creation have at least two advantages: 1) by using them quickly extraction of necessary information becomes possible; 2) the second advantage is tracking dependences between different elements of description. However, development of the system of annotations in application to particular business domain and environment is still a challenging task. This work is dedicated to organization of documentation in presales department in the base of semantic annotations creation and applying ontology definitions to description of elements. Moreover, it is aimed at building a set of recommendations that can be reapplied for the development of semantic storages in other domains.
