Pharmacoeconomic study of the use of modern biological therapy (dupilumab, reslizumab, benralizumab, mepolizumab) in the eosinophilic phenotype of severe bronchial asthma in adult patients. The clinical and economic outcomes of using biological medicines in Russian practice are relevant, since some of them were registered in the Russian Federation in 2018-2019, and during 2019 all four drugs were included in the list of vital and most important drugs . The methods of using modern AD therapy are often costly compared to standard therapy, therefore, a correct understanding of the consequences has important practical results for cost planning, and other measures aimed at reducing the risks of inefficiency of the health system. The results of the dissertation research can be used to supplement clinical and practical guidelines, create financial and legal documentation in the field of public sector economics. The results of the dissertation research can be used by healthcare organizers, clinical pharmacologists, in pulmonology, allergology and the field of clinical research. The data obtained will also complement the overall picture of the costs of chronic diseases of the respiratory system, the general picture of the economic situation in healthcare in the Russian Federation.
