Automation of Business Processes of the Enterprise on Anticorrosive Protection of Pipes

This graduate qualification work is a project to automate business processes at OOO ARGOF-Partner, a company specializing in the anti-corrosion treatment of pipes for the oil and gas industry. The paper presents a description of the analysis of business processes of the automated company. The results of survey and construction of models "AS-IS" and "TO-BE", substantiation of a choice of information system (IS) for the given enterprise, and also the list of necessary changes in the chosen information system presented. The results of the survey are stated in the technical specification for the automation of the enterprise. The work contains a description of the process of IS implementation at the enterprise LLC "ARGOF-Partner". The work consists of four chapters: The first chapter of the work presents an analysis of the subject area, including a description of business processes at the enterprise for anticorrosive treatment of pipes and construction of the "AS-IS" model. Registration of basic requirements to the information system. The second chapter contains the description of process of designing of business model "TO-BE", directed on the decision of the problems exposed by the customer, within the limits of automation of the account of the works executed at the enterprise "ARGOF-Partner". A comparative analysis of the existing classes of information systems and selection of the most appropriate class was made. Proposals were made to the customer on the choice of IS of the selected class, taking into account the criteria exposed by the customer not only in terms of information content of the system, but also the cost of its implementation and further maintenance. The third chapter contains a more detailed description of the processes that require improvement within the framework of the IS being implemented, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise, in particular, the creation of printed forms, changing the routes of documents. The fourth chapter contains a detailed description of the stage of IP implementation, based on the models formed in the second chapter and taking into account the improvements described in the third chapter. A description of possible further developments for the development of this IP. Terms of Reference for the implementation of the configuration "1C: Management of our company" on the platform "1C: Enterprise" version 8.3 version of the configuration 1.6 is presented in the Appendix I (Terms of Reference) on 30 pages.
