Authomatic Drug Injection During Anesthesia (Design of the “Assistant Anesthesiologist” System)

The object of the research is the problem of the risk of inadequate anesthesia in surgical operations. The aim of this work is to model the system of automatic regulation of drug concentration in plasma. In the course of the work were studied the basics of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of medicines, based on the theory of differential games was synthesized optimal control, in MATLAB Simulink was simulated system "assistant of anesthesiologist", working on the principle of feedback for two cases: in normal conditions and in conditions of inadequate anesthesia.
