Transformation of Organizational Culture in Innovative Companies

To do this, we need to pay attention to the issues of mentality [32, p.131], which are directly related to the features of a complex set of values of Russians [111]. In this regard, the understanding of values and the ability to manage based on them have a key role in the development of Russia. In modern times, interest in value-based management (VOC) is increasing every year. Large organizations participate in the formalization of a mission based on corporate values. In European organizations, the trend towards sustainable development has become a global goal. Thus, according to [106], more than 90% of European organizations confirm the trend towards axiologization of management, considering it necessary to use values in corporate governance.
