Proper implementation of the strategy can be considered as one of the key factors for the success of the company in improving its competitiveness. Companies operating in the recruitment market increasingly face such problems as increased competition, changes in legislation, technological wars, which forces them to revise their competitive strategies to adapt to current changes. In the course of the work the aim was achieved - to develop a competitive strategy for the international recruitment company X in Russia. In addition, the company's macro- and micro-environment was analyzed by means of PEST analysis, Porter's 5 forces and strategic group mapping, and the internal environment of the organization was analyzed by means of SNW analysis. On the basis of this information, strategic recommendations for the choice of a competitive strategy were developed and measures for its implementation were proposed using the SWOT analysis and Porter model.
