Wage Expectations of HSE Students

Annotation The topic of this final qualification paper is salary expectations of HSE students. The purpose of this work: to study and present the factors that shape students ' salary expectations, as well as the degree of influence of these factors. To collect empirical data, a survey was conducted among HSE 2nd and 3rd year students of the faculty of business and management. In the course of the analysis, it was found that socio-demographic factors significantly influence the formation of a specific level of salary expectations. The work can be useful for studying the quality and usefulness of education in salary terms after graduation, as well as for studying the formation of salary expectations of young professionals for HRM.
