Artificial Intelligence in Employee Recruitment

Key words: recruiting, artificial intelligence, efficiency, innovative technologies. Subject of research: the use of artificial intelligence in recruiting. Objective: to analyze the prospects and identify the problems of using AI in recruiting, taking into account the characteristics of Russian companies. The work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of references, applications. The first theoretical chapter discusses the main issues related to the functioning of AI, an overview of the main programs for AI recruiting, as well as an analysis and comparison of classical methods of recruiting and innovative tools. In the second chapter, an empirical study is carried out, including an analysis of the experience of implementing AI recruitment in foreign companies, cases formed on the basis of expert interviews, as well as an analysis of the results of the survey with the creation of a model of a modern Russian company using AI recruiting and identifying problem areas, which inhibit the implementation of AI tools. The final stage includes the formation of recommendations, based on the learned material, to prevent and overcome existing problems. The result of the study is a scheme of a modern Russian enterprise that uses artificial intelligence in recruiting, as well as identifying problems that impede the development of this area in Russia. Options for overcoming them are proposed.
