Diagnosing Leadership Type in a Mongolian Mining Company and Developing Recommendations for Changing to Transformational Leadership

Why is the leadership style of direct managers so important? An effective direct leader influences followers in the desired way to achieve the desired goals. Different management styles can affect an organization's effectiveness or performance in different ways. Many researchers also argue that effective leadership is an effective way to guide these changes in the economy, in technology, and in customer needs. In this work, the analysis was made of the type of leadership of the Mongolian mining company and the Influence of leadership style on organizational commitment. To obtain information, a survey was developed and conducted among employees of the company. And based on the obtained data, a recommendation was made for the transition to a transformational leadership style.
