VkusVill is a Russian retail chain with wealthy food. The active growth of the company is accounted for the flexibility in management, quick response to costomers' preferences and early rending performance of wealthy foods. The academic novelty of this work is based on the fragmentarity of studies of non-financial motivation tools in retail in general, and in VkusVill in particular. In addition, due to coronavirus pandemic, the company provides support to various enterprises, which also affects non-financial motivation of employees and the company's financial results during this difficult time. The aim of the study is to develop recommendations on the use of instruments of non-financial motivation in the retail sector.
