Innovative HR Practices in the Transition to Industry 4.0

This graduate qualification paper is devoted to research in the field of innovative approaches of personnel policy, taking into account the reorientation to digital transformation, in order to identify their positive effects and risks. In the theoretical part, the concept of industry 4.0 was formulated, the role of personnel in the innovative development of the company was defined, as well as HR-practices were considered in order to identify possible improvements in the working conditions of employees in the innovative sphere. Thus, the peculiarities of human resources management in industry 4.0 were revealed. The practical part is represented by analysis of innovation process in personnel management in Huawei. The study is based on the method of collecting primary information-survey of employees of the studied company. The methodological part is represented by analysis of innovation process in personnel management in Huawei. The practical part contains a synthesis of the collected results, as well as recommendations based on the analysis carried out on personnel management in the innovation organization, which can be used to develop the innovative potential of the studied company.
