Development of Employer Value Proposition of an International FMCG-company in Russia Formed on Motivation of Employees

Graduation work is aimed at studying the relationship between staff motivation and the employer value proposition. The main goal is to study staff motivation in one of the departments of the company and develop recommendations on changing the employer value proposition to increase the effectiveness of the tool. Chapter 1 of this work describes the main theoretical approaches to staff motivation in the organization, considering the issue from various positions of the authors of scientific research. The work also reveals the importance of building and the details of the formation of the employer's brand and its value proposition. All the advantages of the presence of the employer value proposition, as well as the impact of the tool on the business of the company, are highlighted. Chapter 2 describes the activities of the company that was selected for analysis as part of the final qualification work. Features of activity, market, corporate culture and recent structural changes. The chapter reveals the research methodology, the choice of the company department for research, as well as the method of analysis of the data collected as part of the research. Based on the analyzed theory and the study, in the last part of the diploma work the main recommendations for improving the employer value proposition are written. The results obtained in the qualification work are practical, applicable to the real market. The methodology described in the work can be applied to any large company with the goal of forming or changing the value proposition of the employer. The data obtained from the study was transferred to the company for review and practical application.
