Reorganization of the Company’s Logistics System on the Example of "Sadko" Garden Company LTD

Over the last decade, major part of publications have been focused on the elaboration of the approaches to the internet retail and omnichannel development in various niches and product categories Major part of the articles and researches covers standardized categories of goods. Consequently, there is a lack of practical statistics and analysis of such specific trading fields work organization as nursery-garden. It makes the companies’ development more complicated and decelerates their optimization in e-commerce. The aim of this study is to optimize logistics of Sadko Gardening Company with the development of multi-channel trading. The paper considers possible ways to improve the quality of logistics services with multi-channel trading development in the sphere of nursery-garden and to offer the reorganization method of logistics system for inventory accounting customization. To assess the effectiveness of the proposed measures, a strategic profit model is used.
