The Development of Integrated Planning Technologies on the Example of the E-Commerce Company

The development of e-commerce is currently significantly transforming customer visions into the shopping process. In order to attract the largest number of buyers to the platform, companies need to constantly upgrade the product on the market, analyze the actions of competitors, adapt to sudden changes in the external environment, and work in maximum multitasking mode. This will allow us to offer our customers a wide assortment, high availability of goods, at competitive prices with fast delivery. But the rapid growth in online retail, as well as sharp fluctuations in customer demand, are making adjustments that affect several business divisions at the same time. In order to ensure a multifunctional organization in the company and ensure a synergistic effect, integrated planning tools are used that allow you to find a balance, build an algorithm of actions in unforeseen circumstances and adjust to them with minimal logistics costs. The degree of sophistication of the research topic. The implementation of integrated planning systems is a very popular topic for numerous studies, but most of the developed methods relate to traditional retail, which differs significantly from online retail by the presence of additional business processes. In this regard, we can say that there is no universal approach to the implementation of integrated planning in the company, which confirms the relevance of the study. The research problem consists in finding the possibility of improving the level of service of the company, reducing the share of lost sales in total revenue, as well as optimizing inventory levels by increasing the efficiency of the sales and operations planning process. The object of the study is the company Internet Solutions LLC (better known as Ozon.ru), a Russian online store that provides its customers with more than 5 million positions in 24 product categories. The subject of the research is the processes of sales planning, purchases and deliveries to customers. The aim of the final qualification work is to modify the current integrated planning process, assess its impact on the level of service of the company, as well as calculate the economic efficiency of the proposed measures to improve current business processes. Based on the goal, it is planned to solve the following tasks: • Analyze the financial, economic and logistics activities of the company; • Analyze relevant methods and approaches to integrated planning; • Estimate the timing of the implementation of the process, as well as the timing of the modification; • Develop an algorithm for introducing changes in the current business processes of the company. Calculate the effect of changes on one of the categories of the company; • Assess the cost-effectiveness of the proposed changes;
