The purpose of this final qualification work is to improve the process of coordinating sales and operations plans and information and analytical support for planning processes in supply chain management using simulation methods. To achieve this goal, you will need to solve the following tasks: 1. To analyze the economic and logistics activities of the company and to identify problems in the current supply chain. 2. Study the organization of the S & OP process in the company. 3. analyze modern tools and methods for planning and modeling supply chains, study the scientific literature on the use of simulation methods to analyze the functioning and improvement of logistics processes in supply chains. 4. Create an algorithm for improving sales and operations planning and optimizing logistics processes in supply chains using simulation methods. 5. Develop a simulation model of the company's supply chain. 6. To analyze the effectiveness of the company's supply chain for the different scenarios, identify problems and propose solutions. 7. Provide economic justification for the proposed solutions. The object of research is the supply chain of FMCG companies. The subject of the research is the application of simulation modeling for information and analytical support and implementation of the S&OP concept. The result of the final qualification work will be a universal simulation model of logistics processes in the supply chain, which allows you to adjust the operation plans and coordinate them with sales plans. Implementation of the developed simulation model in the company's activities will improve logistics processes in the supply chain, which will have a positive impact on the company's financial and economic performance.
