The quality of the provided logistic service is one of the important indicators of the transport company's competitiveness increase, and this indicator also directly influences the increase of the clients' loyalty index. To date, the most significant advantage of the company is the ability to competently use logistics service, be able to identify its shortcomings and form clear proposals for improving service. The purpose of this graduate qualification work is to increase the strategic profit of the company "Revinio" by developing measures to improve logistics service. The object is the company LLC "Revinio RUS", engaged in transportation organization. The subject matter is the logistics activities of LLC Revinio RUS. Tasks: - analysis of the logistics services market; - analysis of the logistic and financial-economic activity of the company; - identification of reasons for dissatisfaction with the quality of logistic service and determination of the main development directions; - development of measures to improve the quality of logistic service; - calculation and economic evaluation of the proposed solutions' efficiency.
