Aim: to identify ways to improve logistics processes at Mars. Object: Mars logistics processes Tasks: analysis of economic and logistics activities, identification of problems, analysis of the theoretical base of methods of Russian and foreign authors, development of a set of measures to improve logistics processes, implementation of the scheme, evaluation of results.
