The work is devoted to studying the theoretical and practical background of human resource management practices that contribute to the attraction, development, and retention of talent (talent management) as a factor of organizational culture development in educational organizations. The results of the Russian adaptation of the questionnaire to measure the level of talent management Talent Management Leadership Scale (TMLS) by B. Davies and B.J. Davies (2011) are presented.
