European Practices of Migrants’ Rights Support for Education in Context of Educational Legislation

The constant growth of migration flows and the need to manage them poses many challenges to states, one of which is the integration of migrants into the society of the host country. One of the aspects of the problem under consideration is the integration of migrants through the full realization of their right to education. The master's thesis is a study, the purpose of which is to determine the dependence of the practice of supporting the right of migrants to education on the method of legal regulation of education in host states. In the first chapter of the dissertation, on the basis of research and systematization of scientific articles, monographs, books and norms of international law, a working definition of the concept of "the right to education of migrants" was formulated. The second chapter of the thesis presents the results of the analysis of frequency characteristics, on the basis of which the method of legal regulation of education in the states with the highest indicator of migration flows is determined. The third chapter of the master's thesis identifies and describes the main practices of supporting the right of migrants to education in the states with the highest indicator of migration flows. The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and applications. The work is presented on 119 typewritten pages, including 13 figures, 10 tables and 4 appendices. The bibliographic list includes 97 sources, including norms of international law, norms of national legislation in the field of education and migration, international strategies and plans, scientific works of domestic and foreign specialists.
