Conducting Cooperation between District and School Systems of Professional Support for Teachers

Methodological support is considered as an actual tool for professional development of a teacher, as a quality management of education. Management of interaction of systems of methodical support of teachers acts as a mechanism for coordinating the goals, content and forms of its organization. The subject of the research is management resources for methodological support of teachers. The aim of the work is to develop an algorithm for managing the interaction of systems of district and school methodological support for teachers. The paper considers the goals, tasks, types and content of methodological support for teachers at the school and district levels at the theoretical level. Work is project and research: in the empirical part the methods of questionnaire, interviewing, content analysis reveals the specific features of managerial resources interaction systems methodological support (human, informational, organizational); the author's algorithm governing the interaction of systems of district and school-methodical support of teachers. The results obtained have a practice-oriented value for managers, Deputy managers, methodologists at the district and school levels, as they determine effective tools for methodological support of teachers, the specifics of managing the interaction of methodological systems. The novelty of the work consists in the theoretical and practical description of the systems of methodological support for teachers at the district and school levels, which makes it possible to implement the data obtained in the practice of professional development of teachers. Structure and scope of the dissertation. The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The text of the work is preceded by annotations in Russian and English. The total volume of the work is 159 pages, of which 108 pages are the main content. The number of figures is 44. the Number of tables is 12. The list of references includes 119 sources, 7 of which are in English. In the work of 15 Applications, the volume of applications is 32 pages.
