ANNOTATION The author of the master's thesis-Ulyamaev Marat Ayratovich Topic: Transformation of project implementation models for oil and gas companies The final work is presented on 106 sheets, includes 10 tables , 33 figures, from 57 literary sources. The Master's thesis deals with current problems in the field of operational management and project management in the enterprise. The analysis of the influence of the main internal and external factors on the subsequent chain: factors-invest.environment-corporate strategy - a model of projects in the Upstream segment. The main problems that players face when implementing Upstream projects in Russia were considered, the genesis of these problems was considered, and the logical relationship between them was determined. On the example of similar geological, technical and historical factors, the models of projects in the exploration and production segment were considered and analyzed on the example of PJSC Tatneft named after V. D. Shashin and the West Siberian projects of PJSC NK Rosneft. The main trends and results of the transformation processes of the project models were identified
