Methods of Modelling Business Processes Minimizing Costs for Small Companies in Service Industry

This study aims to find and adapt methods for modeling the operational business processes for a company with a branch office that minimize money and time. Using analysis tools and modeling the map that exists in the enterprise now, it is possible to identify problems with the studied business process. The ABC method allows you to calculate the cost of processes and quantitative indicators with which it is possible to compare different models. A study of the process of signing a contract with Clever Study Club client showed that the model is better than the existing one both in terms of money and time.
