Retail has been and remains one of the most innovative areas of business. The high level of competition has always spurred retailers to invest in their own development, be it information technology or logistics. If earlier retail chains often occupied a leading position in negotiations with suppliers, then in recent years the market situation has radically changed. The development of logistics infrastructure, the growth of the e-commerce market and, in particular, online marketplaces, have significantly reduced the barriers to entry to the market for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who were able to supply their goods to a million audience of consumers, and not fight for shelf space in the regional or federal retail network. The marketplace business model has become, if not the key, then one of the main growth drivers for retail companies, proving its effectiveness. In the field of furniture, home goods and repairs, this model has shown its effectiveness especially strongly. The marketplace made it possible to purchase all the necessary assortment for home improvement in one place, while previously there was a need to visit various trading houses, markets, specialized networks. Thus, the client will be able to receive a single delivery, service and purchase conditions: The purpose of this work is to identify the features and develop recommendations for the formation of a logistics strategy for a specialized online marketplace for furniture and household goods. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: - Analysis of the retail market situation in the field of furniture, household goods and renovation - Analysis of the results of economic activities of companies in this area - Analysis of the logistics strategy of companies - Analysis of the activities of the company Hoff (LLC "Domashny Interior") - Coverage of the topic of the development of online marketplaces and approaches to their construction - Development of a logistics strategy and analysis of the effectiveness of its implementation For the analysis and audit, the industry of retail trade of furniture, home goods and repairs was selected, key representatives of the industry were analyzed. The development of a logistics strategy was carried out on the example of one of the market leaders, the federal retail chain Hoff and its online store. The result of the research is a tool for building a logistics strategy when organizing multichannel trade with an emphasis on your own online marketplace. The rationale for the viability of the proposed tool is the economic efficiency achieved through the example of its use in the Russian federal trade network.
