A significant blow to the event-marketing was caused by COVID-19. Owing to the fact that a number of customers abandoned activities or postponed them indefinitely, many requests for the event organization have decreased. However, some projects were moved into online. Accordingly, the purpose of the graduation work is to study and apply in practice creating methods of digital-event using transmedia technics. Our research takes place in several areas of knowledge at once, combining event-marketing, event-directing and transmedia. The result of the paper will be a creative concept and online-event «Open Day. School of Media» of the HSE University. The theoretical note consists of three chapters. The first one covers event-marketing and defines online-event. In the second chapter we investigate event-directing as the basis of event-marketing. The third chapter is devoted to the study of transmedia and the possibility of its usage in directing online-event. Furthermore, the creative concept of the media product is formed in the project note. The creative part consists of the design-document annotation as part of the final product and a link to it. Also there is a link to the mediaplatfom created for «Open Day. School of Media». An essential place in the conclusion is occupied by a reflection on possible product’s future development and its value for career experience for Alexander Aleksin and me. Key words: online-event, digital-product, event-marketing, event-directing, transmedia technics.
