The research paper is devoted to the study of the legal regulation of teleworkers' labour. The research examines the history of the development of telework in Russia and some foreign countries; analyses Russian legislation and international experience related to the regulation of telework; identifies the differences between telework and non-standard forms of employment; investigates and identifies the specifics of the conclusion, amendment and termination of a contract with a teleworker using certain categories of employees as examples. Based on the results of the study, amendments to the labour legislation were proposed.
