This paper presents a study on the effectiveness of some types of tactile interfaces, as a part of the notification system for the mobile robot operator about abnormal and emergency situations. As a result of its implementation, vibrotactile and electrotactile software and hardware systems of the human-machine interface were developed. The vibrotactile feedback system consists of a microcontroller and six vibrating motors. There are two pairs of electrodes instead of vibrating motors in the electrostimulator. Also, a robot control simulator program was written to test these interfaces. In the future, the resulting developments are planned to be integrated into a multipurpose multimodal interface, which help the operator to remotely control the intelligent robot. The volume of the explanatory note to the final qualification work is 46 pages, including 24 figures and a bibliography containing 27 sources used.
