Today, more and more attention is paid to circular procurement issues in Russia. As the landfill space becomes smaller, it is necessary to move to the reuse of materials. The product groups from which to start using circular procurement have already been defined in European practice. One of them is the purchase of furniture - one of the "household" purchases. Based on the results of the analysis of furniture purchases in the Perm Krai, as well as a survey of government customers in the Perm Krai, it was revealed that procurement specialists have no idea about the possibility of closing the circle of the furniture life cycle. Therefore, it is necessary to convey the idea of circular purchases to government customers. For this, tools and a program of measures were developed to introduce circular purchases of furniture into the procurement practice of state organizations of the Perm Territory. They will help government customers learn about and learn about circular purchases of furniture, consider world experience and best practices in circular purchases (including furniture), as well as develop their own base of practices in the Perm Krai.
