Improving of the Organization of Primary Health Care in the Region

Currently, the organization of primary health care directly affects the health status of the entire population in the Russian Federation. With a developed system of primary health care for all groups of the population living in all regions of the country, access to this type of medical care is ensured. the population is satisfied with the need for qualified medical and preventive care. The established system of primary health care provision is becoming less effective every year and needs to be improved and additional principles introduced in the context of established socio-economic indicators. The priority area of activity of medical organizations providing primary health care should be preventive work with the population, staffing of medical organizations with medical personnel, connecting all structural divisions of medical organizations providing primary health care to the Unified Information System of Health Care in the Perm Region with the possibility of conducting telemedicine consultations. As well as the replacement and purchase of new medical equipment with the ability to instantly transfer data to digital media (in the Unified Health Information System of the Perm Region). Conducting regular monitoring, in order to identify the effectiveness of activities with subsequent improvement of management, as well as the development of a new system for ensuring the quality of primary health care. With the development of these areas, the availability and quality of primary health care will increase, as well as the satisfaction of the population, which will have a positive impact on the social health of the entire population of the Perm Region.
